About Me

I am not just your coach.
I am proof it works.

After struggling with confidence and weight gain post-college athletics, I realized something had to change. I felt lost, stuck in unhealthy habits, and unsure of how to move forward after my playing career ended.

Then, in one of the toughest moments of my life, I almost died from sepsis. That experience forced me to reevaluate everything: my health, my mindset, and my purpose. My faith became the foundation I rebuilt my life on, and training became the tool I used to get strong again.

I believe that when your faith is strong, your body follows. I bring that same mindset to every client I coach, building programs that challenge you physically while reminding you of the strength you already carry.

Honestly — for most women, it works better. You get a fully custom program, direct access to me, and accountability that actually fits your schedule. You are not tied to a gym location or a fixed time slot. My clients train when it works for them and still get real, consistent results.
I get it. But think about how much you have already spent on things that did not work — gym memberships you did not use, programs you never finished, diets that lasted two weeks. This is a custom plan built specifically for you, with someone checking in on you and adjusting when life gets in the way. The investment pays off when you actually see results.
Your program is built around your schedule — not the other way around. Most sessions run 45 to 60 minutes, 3 to 5 days a week depending on your goals. If life gets busy, I adjust. That is the whole point of having a coach.
Not at all. Every exercise comes with a video demonstration and written instructions inside the app. I build programs for your exact level, so there is no guessing, no overwhelm — just a clear plan that tells you exactly what to do each day.
I can build around whatever setup you have. That said, access to a gym will get you the best results — especially for building strength. If you are working out at home, let me know and I will program accordingly.
I will reach out within 24 hours to set up a quick onboarding chat. We talk through your goals, training history and lifestyle, and then I get to work building your plan. Most clients are up and training within the week.
